Therapy for everyone

Supporting individuals, couples, families and teams to flourish, with nature as our guide

Supporting you from the ground up

Looking to the natural world, we can often find answers to questions about our lives.

I consider the lived experiences and heritage of those I work with, creating safe spaces for reflection on how the past influences the present and future. I see individuals, families, and teams as part of nature, where we can learn from one another through connection. I encourage everyone to reflect on their place on earth and what brings them comfort and safety.

Like a seed in the ground, we are shaped by our environment and life experiences. With the right support, we can grow strong and resilient. Without it, we risk losing our potential to flourish.

  • “Dom has helped me realise that therapy isn't all about talking. I've learned to notice what my body is saying, and slowing myself down when I need to find calm, rather than jumping head first into things."
