Helping teams
thrive

No matter what kind of team you're part of, WildKin can support both you and your team members. Whether you work in a school or university, are part of a pastoral team, run a business, compete in professional sports, or work for a charity, WildKin offers the guidance and support you need.

Everybody deserves to be cared for

We embrace the uniqueness of every individual in your team. We provide a safe space for everyone, no matter their experiences, heritage, or learning style – to create helpful change.

Therapy for sports teams and professionals in the spotlight

WildKin founder Dom Smith is passionate about helping teams create a culture that prioritises the psychological wellbeing of their players. While sports psychology focuses on performance, systemic psychotherapy takes a broader approach – supporting relationships between players, their families, teams and the wider world, including fans and the media.

This approach helps players and their families navigate challenges such as family breakdown, addiction, injury, bereavement or media pressure. Dom is committed to ensuring they have the right support to thrive.

How it works

  • 1. Book a consultation

Schedule a free 15-minute call with Dom to discuss what’s bringing you to therapy. This is a chance to learn how systemic psychotherapy works and explore whether it feels right for you. We’ll also go over availability and next steps.

  • 2. First therapy session

We’ll create a safe, supportive space and begin exploring what’s important to you. This session may focus on your hopes for therapy and mapping out key relationships or challenges. By the end, we’ll have a clearer direction and a plan for moving forward.

  • 3. Therapy evolves

Therapy works best when sessions evolve with your needs. Through open, honest conversations, we’ll regularly check in to ensure we’re focusing on what’s most helpful. Compassionate curiosity is at the heart of every session.
